Keto Pistachio Loaf Cake
What you'll need:
1 package Keto Queen Kreations Pound Cake Mix
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
4 Tbsp Butter, softened
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp Pistachio Emulsion
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Green Food Coloring (optional)
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth
Add in eggs, beat again
Pour contents of pound cake mix into bowl and mix well
Add pistachio emulsion, chopped pistachios, food coloring and mix until combined
Pour batter into a parchment lined 9x4 loaf pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Cool and ENJOY!
