Keto Pistachio Loaf Cake

What you'll need:

  • 1 package Keto Queen Kreations Pound Cake Mix
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Pistachio Emulsion
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios 
  • Green Food Coloring (optional)

      How to prepare:

      • Preheat oven to 350° F.
      • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth
      • Add in eggs, beat again
      • Pour contents of pound cake mix into bowl and mix well
      • Add pistachio emulsion, chopped pistachios, food coloring and mix until combined
      • Pour batter into a parchment lined 9x4 loaf pan
      • Bake for 20-25 minutes
      • Cool and ENJOY!
