Strawberry Red Velvet Cupcakes

What you'll need:

Cupcakes:

Frosting:

  •  8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sweetener 
  • 3-4 Tbsp Heavy Cream
    1. Preheat oven to 350º F and grease or line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
    2. In large bowl, empty contents Keto Queen Kreations Chocolate Cake Mix
    3. Add eggs, milk and pureed strawberries, mix together 
    4. Add in red velvet emulsion and mix again
    5. Pour batter into cupcake pan and bake for 20 minutes
    6. While cake is baking, make frosting
    7. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth
    8. Gradually add in powdered sweetener and mix until combined
    9. Add heavy cream and mix until smooth
    10. Refrigerate until ready to use
    11. Once cupcakes are removed from oven and completed cooled, frost cupcakes using a piping tip or however you desire
    12. ENJOY!
