What is in your mixes?
Here at Keto Queen Kreations we pride ourselves on using ONLY WHOLE INGREDIENTS. NO funny names that you can't pronounce. We use organic NON-GMO coconut flour, organic NON-GMO erythritol, leavening agents (baking powder and baking soda). Our chocolate mixes include the same ingredients with the addition of 100% unsweetened cacao.
Yellow cake mix package directions says add sour cream but, it is not listed in the "what you need" to add ingredients?
We apologize for the confusion. We had a misprint on our packaging. The "what you need" ingredients are correct (eggs, unsweetened non-dairy milk, butter and extract) Simply, add in the wet ingredients listed to the dry mix, mix batter, add to a lined baking pan and bake.
How are you advertising 1 net carb but the mix says 17g carbs?
Net carbs is calculated by taking Total Carbs-dietary fiber-sugar alcohols=NET carbs.
Do your mixes have nuts in them?
We only use COCONUT flour. NO almonds, peanuts or walnuts
Could the mix be made vegan friendly?
YES! All ingredients are vegan and with vegan alternatives you can make most of our products fit your needs! Many customers have tried and enjoyed the treats. We cannot guarantee successful results as depicted in any photos. Try at your own risk.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship typically ship via USPS within 1-3 business days.(COVID UPDATE: Please allow 7-10 business days before shipment) Arrival time is typically 1-4 business days depending on your shipping address in relation to our distribution center in New Jersey. The shipping times provided at checkout are based upon what the carrier provides. We are not responsible for delays with a package due to carrier delays.
Order taking longer than usual? Updated: 1/17/21
Unfortunately, delays are out of our control. We are extremely prompt with our processing. All of our orders are shipped out the next business day or even same day depending on the time of the order. After the packages leave our facility, they are then in the possession of the carrier. If there are any delays with the package it is best to contact the carrier directly for further details. We only have the same tracking information that you see but, in some cases, the carriers do have more information inaccessible to us. Covid has put many delays on shipping and currently, there are extreme delays due to supply chain issues which trickles down to all carriers as well.
I haven’t received my order- now what?
Unfortunately, problems may arise with the post office and you may not receive your package. If this happens please contact us. We will not resend orders greater than 3 weeks after the order is made or if the status of the package shows delivered. If the status does show delivered please contact your local USPS as we do not have control of the post office. We are unable to resend goods if tracking shows delivered, this is our only proof of receipt.
If your order has not shown up, it's status is still undelivered and it is less than three weeks we will happily send you a replacement. If your order was sent back to the warehouse due to incorrect address or incomplete address additional shipping fees to resend the items will apply.
We will only resend orders out on orders that were sent back to our warehouse and we have received them. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! All fees are calculated at checkout once the items are in your cart.
I didn’t receive my discount code, can you apply it to my order?
Unfortunately, no we cannot apply any discounts to an order after it is already placed. Please be sure to enter any discount codes you may have before checking out. There are no refunds/cancellations due to discount codes not being input at the time of check out.
My order is over $45 but I was charged shipping?
The order has to be over $45 AFTER any discounts and it will automatically apply. Free shipping is valid only for orders shipping within the United States. The price of gift cards are not included in the subtotal as they do not get shipped. Only physical items are counted.
What about cancellations?
Unfortunately, there is a no cancellation policy. All orders are processed immediately, please be sure of your order before placing it.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, as a small business, at this time we do not accept returns or cancellations on products. Regardless if the items were baked or not. Please be sure all information including address is correct before checking out as we cannot cancel an order based on incorrect address. Orders will be shipped to the address given. If there was something wrong with the packaging upon receiving, please forward us pictures of the packaging and we will gladly resolve the issue. If there is ANY problem with your order please contact us
PRE ORDER ITEMS: If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be shipped out when it is back in stock. If your order contains items that are available everything will ship once all products are available. There will be no cancellations based on delays of the order. Please be patient and you will receive your order ASAP. You will receive email notification when the out of stock items ship.
