Pistachio Pudding Cake

What you'll need:



  • 1 Cup Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 1 Tbsp Pistachio Emulsion
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sweetener (optional)

    How to prepare:

    1. Preheat oven to 350º F and grease or line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
    2. In large bowl, empty contents Keto Queen Kreations Yellow Cake Mix
    3. Add sugar free pudding, eggs, oil and club soda, mix together 
    4. Add in green food coloring and mix again
    5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 minutes
    6. While cake is baking, make frosting
    7. In a large bowl, beat cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
    8. Next, add in food coloring, pistachio emulsion and sweetener if desired - mix again
    9. Refrigerate until ready to add to cooled cake
    10. Once cake is completed cooled, top with frosting and refrigerate for 1 hour to set
    11. ENJOY!

    Takes 30 , Serves 12 people.
