Prepare KQK artisan bread mix as directed on package
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Melt butter in a large pan and stir in onion, celery, mushrooms and parsley. Cook until ingredients are soft.
Once cooled, cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour onion mixture over the top, 1 egg (beaten), the remaining spices, and the chicken stock.
Stir all ingredients together, transfer to a 8x8 baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven half way through, toss mixture so edges don’t burn and bake for remaining time.
