Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Cups Powdered Erythritol
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions:
- In a medium size bowl, beat butter until smooth
- Add erythritol and beat again
- Next add in the vanilla and peanut butter, and mix well.
- Pour in heavy cream a little a time, and mix until frosting is smooth and creamy
- Store in refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to using
