Salted Caramel Brownies

What you'll need:

Brownies:

Caramel Sauce:

  •  4 Tbsp Butter
  •  1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  •  1/2 Cup Allulose
  •  1/4 tsp sea salt

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
  • 3 oz. melted chocolate for drizzle 

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In large bowl, empty contents Keto Queen Kreations Brownie Mix
  3. Add butter and chocolate chips to a small bowl and melt in microwave in 30 second increments or use a double boiler 
  4. Once chocolate mixture is melted, add it to the brownie mix
  5. Whisk until combined
  6. Pour batter into lined baking pan and bake for 30 minutes
  7. While brownies are baking, make caramel sauce.
  8. In a small saucepan on medium heat, melt butter until browned (about 5 minutes)
  9. Once browned, add in allulose, heavy cream and salt- whisk together
  10. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  11. After caramel sauce is done, pour into a glass jar 
  12. Pour caramel sauce over cooled brownies
  13. Top with chopped nuts and melted chocolate 

Takes 30 , Serves 12 people.
