Red Velvet Cake Bites

What you'll need:



  •  8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  •  1/2 Cup Powdered Sweetener 
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream


  •  8oz. Sugar Free Chocolate Chips, melted

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F and grease a 9x13 baking pan 
  2. In large bowl, empty contents Keto Queen Kreations Chocolate Cake Mix
  3. Add eggs, heavy cream, milk and mix together 
  4. Add in red velvet emulsion and mix again
  5. Pour batter into well greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes
  6. While cake is baking, make frosting
  7. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
  8. Gradually add in powdered sweetener and mix until combined
  9. Add heavy cream and mix until smooth
  10. Refrigerate until ready to use
  11. Once cake is removed from oven and completed cooled, crumble cake with a fork and put into a bowl.
  12. Add frosting into the crumbled cake and mix together
  13. Roll batter into bite sized balls and place onto a parchment or foil lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 mins
  14. Remove balls from freezer, and dip into melted sugar free chocolate
  15. Place in refrigerator to set 
  16. ENJOY!

Takes 20 , Serves 12-24 people.
