We do our very best to get each order shipped ASAP within the first 48 hours of purchase but please allow up to 3 business days before shipment. (COVID UPDATE: Please allow 7-10 business days before shipment)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Orders ship via USPS. Arrival time is typically 1-4 business days depending on your shipping address in relation to our distribution center located in NC.
PRE ORDER ITEMS: If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be shipped out when it is back in stock. If your order contains in-stock items, it will be shipped when everything is available. To ensure faster delivery of in stock items, please order in separate transactions. You will receive email notification when the out of stock items ship.
We ship WORLDWIDE! All fees will be calculated at checkout for international orders.

There are no refunds for the product after it has been made. Also, there are no cancellations once order is made. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
If your order was sent back to the warehouse due to incorrect address or incomplete address additional shipping fees to resend the items will apply.
We will only resend orders out on orders that were sent back to our warehouse and we have received them. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Unfortunately, problems may arise with the post office and you may not receive your package. If this happens please contact us. We will not resend orders greater than 3 weeks after the order is made or if the status of the package shows delivered. If the status does show delivered please contact your local USPS as we do not have control of the post office. As a small business, we are unable to resend goods if tracking shows delivered, this is my only proof of receipt. If your order has not shown up, it's status is still undelivered and it is less than three weeks we will happily send you a replacement.
