Dough-Free Pizza

What you'll need:

  • 1+1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 grated parmesan cheese (I use Locatelli Pecorino Romano) 
  • 1/4 grated Grana Padano*
  • 2 eggs
  • pizza toppings of choice
  • 8" baking dish

    How to prepare:

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    • Spray pan with cooking spray
    • With a fork, combine all above ingredients and mix well
    • Add mixture to baking pan
    • Bake for 15 minutes
    • Remove from oven and add pizza sauce (I use Rao's), and desired toppings
    • Put back into oven until melted, about 10 mins
    • Enjoy!

    Notes: *Use 1/2 cup grated parmesan if you don't have Grana Padano
