Pistachio Cake

What you'll need: 

For the cake:


  • 1 package Sugar-Free Pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 TBSP powdered erythritol 

    How to prepare:

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    • In 1 large bowl, prepare cake mix as directed on pouch 
    • Add in package of Sugar Free Pistachio pudding
    • Divide mix between 2 6" baking pans or 1 9" for single layer cake
    • Bake until toothpick comes out clean, 30 minutes
    • While cake is baking make frosting


    • Keep bowl and beaters in freezer until COLD
    • Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form 
    • Add in package of pudding mix and erythritol 
    • Blend until mixed
    • Frost cake as desired
