Keto Stuffing

What you'll need:

  • 1 package Keto Queen Kreations Artisan Bread Mix
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white mushrooms (chopped) optional
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Prepare KQK artisan bread mix as directed on package
  3. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  4. Melt butter in a large pan and stir in onion, celery, mushrooms and parsley. Cook until ingredients are soft.
  5. Once cooled, cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour onion mixture over the top, 1 egg (beaten), the remaining spices, and the chicken stock.
  6. Stir all ingredients together, transfer to a 8x8 baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven half way through, toss mixture so edges don’t burn and bake for remaining time.
